Your CS should be large and that won't leave a lot for alimony--if any. CS ends when children become 18. Exactly depends onthe state you live in.
You should be able to get a decent settlement, and if he so controlling, it is best to get focused now on what you will be able to do after the youngest is 18. With such a large family, you may have to good to school at a slow pace.
