Since my post I have come to my senses and let him go! I retained an attorney on Wed to start divorce. He did tell me that b/c my minor child is 17yr old that the court may or may not grant me use of the house. He did tell me that I had the right to move back in and live there with them. I don't want it, since I left he has let the house go and it needs more repair than I am willing to deal with. Besides I live in a 4yr old townhouse, 3bdrm, 2 1/2 bath, FP ect in an awesome community. My 17yr daughter takes classes at the CC nearby and works within 1 mile of our home. Also the attorney told me her living in the house right now will work to my advantage b/c I can prove adultery therefore the court will grant me an absolute divorce, divide our assets then I can move on. This will also get her out of MY house b/c he is not in a position to buy me out so he will be force to sell. I DO NOT WANT HIM BACK!
