Well I disagree on over's post not being meant to hurt.
Her comment about get a lipo, a face lift and a new man was uncalled for.

For another, he is not my X, we are still married. OH how I wish he was my X. Our signed settlement agreement and final court date that WAS to be tomorrow is history, because he got a different attorney. one more delay tactic.

Further, I was not in hte least jealous, OW is welcome to him. She will find out what she really got at some point in time.

My problem with who paid what is because stbx had agreed with me, and told our son, that he would pay for half of the dinner and honeymoon and then backed out.

My problem with the receiving line is not that OW was in it, it was that no one felt it was important to tell me of that in advance and thus I was blind sided. This wedding did go as smooth as butter because no one knew any of it bothered me.

People don't just get over 30 years with someone on Overtherainbow's time table. As to blended family, my son is an adult and has a choice on how he feels about OW as a SM and her kids as step sibs.

One can disagree in a reasonable fashion. It is when the name calling or put downs ( lipo, face lift) enter it that a poster shows how immature they are.
