Anyhoo...the fact remain that if this issue goes before a Judge, he would probably end up paying LESS...which is why the opposing counsel is trying to negotiate a flat rate NOW. ++++++++
Are you the same person who said they never made assumptions?
Sounds to me like he's just getting his ducks in a row. After a 27 year marriage, he's going to be paying...how much and how long, no one knows.
