VEHICL E IN MY NAME

My husband and I are getting a divorce. He wants the truck but it is in my name only. It is brand new and has 5 years of payments left on it. He says he can't refinance because of his credit. Is there anything that I can do to protect myself? I won't be able to get credit for anything because of my debt to income ratio and I am afraid that he will pay late. Can I make him sell the truck?
