Just thought I would update this. We signed our settlement today. I agreed to SS with a 3 year termination date (but can revisit that within that time period if my income doesn't go up enough), and in exchange I get a larger share of the retirement. CS based on his gross income without bonus, again I can go back to mediation if my income doesn't go up fast enough, but if I leave it alone my income increases won't come into play either. Its going to be hard for both of us, and now its almost over.
