Actually, Relayer, you are wrong. With him makin $96k and her making $26k, and her receiving $25k in alimony, his CS will be approx. $1075 a month.
That leaves him with $58,100 and her with $63,999. That seems pretty fair to me, considering she is the onle who has to pay for all of the expenses of the children out of her money. [/quote]
You are wrong. Alimony is ONLY counted if it is from a PRIOR relationship. Get with it.
