Susan & Atrophy need to learn how to read to interpret statutes , it's REHABILITATIVE MAINTENANCE , not an income equalizer . OP is already working full time , it is quite possible if it's left up to a judge that NO maintenance would be ordered . OP , you and your STBX can come to whatever agreement you like , if you listen to the allhismoney whiners you might end up with nothing .

Highly doubtful. Afterall, he managed to finish college, get a Masters and earn $94k during their marriage. She worked part-time while he did all of that and took care of the kids. Any alimony she received would certainly be considered rehabilitative.
