Are you telling me that it's not possible to have both going to school pt on top of working FT? If each parent does 3 credit hrs per semester, or 9 a year for an advanced degree, and their classes are not on the same night, that somehow is going to lend to the downfall of the child? +++++++++
Yes, that is what I'm saying. Small children...babies are SOOO HARD. You've never had them so I dno't expect you to understand.
But yes, I feel that both parents working fulltime and both parents attending school parttime would have very detrimental affects on the family. If you are working fulltime, going to class and then doing homework for the week, it doesn't leave much time for the kids or the marriage. The stress of that would be overwhelming. I think it is in the families best interest for one parent to go and then the next to go. But going at the same time would negatively affect the family and pretty bad way. Even more so if each parent is traveling on top of it.
Working everyday, going to classes at night. Studying and doing homework on the weekends. Where's the time for the kids in there? I've done it...there isn't any time for the kids, no time for the marriage. No time...and for what? Why not wait so there can be some QUALITY to life, some run and relaxation and some enjoyment of the children.
Because I can tell you this, FLAT OUT...when you are working fulltime, taking classes, studying on the weekends,...you are NOT enjoying your children very much during all of that. It's just too exhausing.
