Thank you for taking the time for answering my question. I couldn't find the ARS section that pertained to spousal maintenance. I appreciate your time and fact based response. Although my experience so far with the judge assigned in my case, is that he tends to ignore the law and the facts presented, and goes solely on opinion. Thanks again!! Happy Friday.
