As far as I can see googledad #3 and #4 definitely applies to me...
(3) whether an interruption in the education, training, or employment of a spouse who is seeking maintenance occurred during the marriage as a result of homemaking or child care responsibilities, or both; (4) the earning capacity of each spouse, including educational background, training, employment skills, work experience, and length of presence or absence from the job market. .
After being out of the job market for 10 plus years and I am just putting my foot back in working FT at an entry level position. I gave up a FT job to be a Stay at home mother, over 10 years ago- then I was making $22,000/year- it I would have stayed in it I would be making more than the $26k I make now and I could have gotten a free education at that particular job.
If we are going based on the laws of Indiana then they do apply to me.
