No place to live that I would not have to pay for.
I think the fastest way to get me out is to settle. Won't it take some time 30+ days to set the court date for the temporary order. It's been 20 days since I filed and I have heard nothing back from her attorney we paid 3K to. Spouse say's she will kick me out first and that is what her attorney is working on. I just want to settle and the mandatory waiting period is 30 days, guess this is going to take longer. What advantage does she have if I am out. I am actually thinking her lawyer may just be trying to make money. I just want to be fair and will sign anything that is. When will her lawyer send me a proposal? Why can't we just get to splitting up the money and custody first, that's what it is all about anyway.
