I went to navy legal today, They told me some thing I knew and some I didn't He also said once I get served to bring in the paper work and he would look over it and make sure it looked all right, when it came to the CS and such. He told me to get a copy of his LES, but I dont have a recent one, since this pertains to CS can I request one or no? Does anyone know. As far as the whole custody thing he cant see the courts letting him have her just the summers, he would have to put her in day care and such. Its more stable to just stay with me. But thats for the courts to decide. Plus he said that I cant go anything about him not calling her or wanting to see her, but if he goes for a period of time , the courts not going to let him just come back when he wants to be a father 3-4 months later. So we will see where that goes. But I was happy I went and talked to them. I really figured he went to them to get advice and a lawyer.
As far as answering your questions "ZEE" : About the whoel love thing, he said loved me but wasnt in love me anymore, that he would wake up every day and have to put on a mask per say to make it seemed like he was happy. He said he felt like this for awhile I guess. But I dont get why he let me believe that we were okay. I do still have feeling for him, but He has done his daughter and I wrong since this happened. I dont think I go look past that, if he would come to me today and tell me he wanted me back, it would take ALOT for me to look past all of this. As far as his daughter he is proving to me that he is very inmature and can care less what happens to his daughter at this point. he hasnt called or seen her in a week. So it tells me that he's single life is to important to him then her. Just my thoughts.
