Stay At Home Moms & Divorce

My friend is a stay at home mom and going through a separation. It's a lonely and strange situation for her as she has been isolated for so long, has few friends for support, and is having a hard time finding work after being at home with her kids for so long and having no significant work history before the kids.

She made a support message board for others that may be in the same boat as she is and asked that I help her try and get the word out. The address is http://s7.invisionfree.com/Divorce_and_the_SAHM/.

There seems to be so few resources aimed at dependant spouses trying to get a divorce. I hope those experiencing the same thing will join her board help bring some much needed support and friendship for themeselves and to other divorcing stay at home moms.
