I would say just make sure you give yourself a lot of time to do research and build your evidience to prove that you are a good person. Are there kids invloved? Don't tell your spouse that you are planning to divorce if you can avoid it. Filing first is usually a plus because it makes you the plantiff and you get the first say in court proceedings.
