Relayer gives some great advice but he tends to see the glass as almost empty..

No MN has no statute supporting her kicking you out of the house... You are free to stay until the divorce is finalized... Whether your name is on the title or not doesn't matter by the way, it is still marital property..

Relayer's point is that if you TRY and stay against her wishes; she could TRY and claim abuse.. If she does even w/o much evidence; she could probably get a protective order which would require you to leave...

Try not to give her any ammunition and to have witnesses around as much as possible...
