I wish it were that simple...first of all he works for the Sheriff's dept at the jail and knows many of the deputies, second he is very manipulative...last timed I turned him in no one believed me. Becuase there are never any physical marks I can't prove anything. I have medicaid for my kids becuase I can't afford insurance and he wont' get it becuase "it's too expensive" and given the small town I live in my choice of doctors is VERY limited...I have an indian guy who doesn't listen or understand half of what I say. I've started my 10 yr old and 3 yr old in counseling. My 2 yr old isn't old enough yet but can be included in the family therapy. I wish like crazy that I had the documentation necessary and the $$ to have a good lawyer to fight for supervised visiation. Right now I'm doing this divorce pro se and can only hope for sole legal and joint physical for now until I can get further proof, hopefully through the counseling and then can modify custody and visitation later. I just have to pray and try to keep hope.
