I think people have read way too much into it. When I FIRST read it, I dismissed it as spam. Someone coming here to push THEIR site on someone ELSE'S site. But the replies brought me back to it and I re-read it. It COULD be taken that she's spending time making a site and not working, BUT, it could ALSO be taken that...
"going through a separation"
This is JUST happening. Brand new.
"she has been isolated for so long"
Maybe a real long-term SAHM.
"is having a hard time finding work"
She's not just sitting around playing poor me, she's been looking for work.
I don't know about others, perhaps her kids have now grown, or old enough, that she has some free evening time. She could spend all day looking for work and STILL have time to setup a website looking for others to talk to for the EMOTIONAL aspect of this.
I just wouldn't rush in to judge it too quickly. Yes, every SAHP needs to get back out and get working once they're going through a divorce. But it won't/can't happen overnight. And most of us need some support, be it from family, friends, or people in a similar situation, just to talk us through it.
