Well just found out the current strategy of the other side which is to do nothing or wait and postpone as long as possible until I come to my senses and change my mind on divorcing.
I guess my only choice is to tell my lawyer to set it up for trial. THat seems to carry its own problems like to extend the trial date by asking for discovery, etc. etc. I really do not mind a judge deciding the case as I would be more than fair and she would stand to loose the house and much more.
Divorce is expensive and timely. Its so hard on me to do this with the kids in the middle.
