Thank you - I read that too, but it seems there are so many other things than the steps mentioned and all seems so complicated.
Maybe I am ready for step 5, pre trial hearing and mediation. My lawyer has mentioned that.
She filed nothing. I plan to live at home until this is over. Settled or Ordered.
I see no basis for discovery except for possible time to conduct appraisals.
The only thing to negotiate is spousal support, length and how much. Child support is set by the state calculation worksheet.
You made me think clearly again.
