He is going to make one last attempt to talk to my spouses attorney. I am guessing that discussion will be to try settle out of court.

If he is unsuccessful I think he will have to file something to keep it going. Its been a little over two months and the attorneys have not talked and the only things filed are a complaint and an answer.

Another dumb question. Can the attorneys represent the clients or do I and the spouse have to show up for court? Talking Pretrial hearings and all divorce hearings.
