In addition, as a parent, you have the legal right to all medical records on the child. I'd request the records from the doctor for these visits and I'd start a spreadsheet documenting the days he was with you in conjunction with the days she took him for these visits. IE: If you had him Sunday and she takes him to the doctor Friday, the judge will throw her out of court.
