Very true, and since I'm hoping for a clean break, what he does afterwards is Not My Business. But I think your comment is directed to my question about the whole life insurance policy. My lawyer suggested I should be the irrrevocable beneficiary. But I don't really want that money. It would be good, wouldn't it, if the money went straight to our children? If he starts another family, he can buy a new policy!
