Gulp - I can't believe I am saying this. Betsy, you deserve more than you are asking. You have the business AND the house to split.

I honestly think you will get more than 60% based on his income and equitable distribution (my ex got 70%). So, once all that is done- you are at ground zero. Even steven. Unless there is a specific statute (and it pains me to say this), you should go for some kind of alimony.
