They couldn't dictate it... but it is common legal verbage in MO divorce papers. I don't see why it is even in there as it is not enforceable... according to one of the best BK attorney's in the state (who was mine). He was so floored that we lost the appeal that he told me I didn't owe him any more money than what I'd already paid him. Federal court always has jurisdiciton over family and/or state court..
