need some help please

heres the story... roughly.
my mom and her boyfriend and my brother and i just moved into a new house.one problem, he is still married. my mom and him want to get married but his ex-wife wont divorce him eventhough they have been seperated for years and were only together for two months. she is a good-for-nothing alcoholic with 5 previous husbands and is now trying to come back at him for his new motorcycle and truck, his bank account, and our house. is there anything that can be done to stop her from getting anything, especially our house, because she doesnt deserve anything and she couldnt make the payments on any of it anyway.
please help.
