Both my Ex-s with kids split their kids up but it was all 'under the table'. T. had 2 sons and after we were married a year the oldest one came to live with us in TX.(Mom couldn't handle him anymore). The younger son stayed with Mom & her new hubby in W.VA. T. & his Ex. agreed to 'stop' the CS on their own, since each had one child now.

B. had 3 kids, and originally Mom was CP. After 2 years, B. took her back to court & got custody. 2 years after THAT, middle daughter wanted to go back & live w/mom. B. agreed, but told his Ex that the CS she was paying him would stay the same or he WOULDN'T let the daughter go live with the mom. So she agreed.
