Hi guys. As you know I'm going to the all remaining issues hearing on Aug 9.
I just got my ex financial packet.
He has refinanced everything like I thought. He took out a 7000 dollar personal loan. Refinanced my car for 11,000 more.
Refinanced our Harley for 10,000 more.
Paid off all his friends, what he owed them and out of a 6000 net paycheck, is only bringing home 1000.
How the hell does that fly?
Surely the judge is going to see through that. She better because I am not signing off on anything with less than 2000 dollars support.
He knew we were in bad shape and so did his lawyer.
I cant believe any attorney would counsel that kind of stuff.
I'm going for his drivers license too. No license, no work.
My daughter and I are in foreclosure and he's doing this crap.
Someone tell me I'm not wrong in thinking that theres no conscionable (sic) settlement here.
I hope he saved some of that money and brings it with him.
If I get retro support, I'm hoping he will have to go to jail till he purges hisself with it.
Really, you lawyers on the board, is that legal under Illinois statutes.
