I believe you are right. I need to heed that advice and not let her get to me. She likes to dig the knife into me about every six months with some special request or to remind me about something in the decree like proof of life insurance in case I buy the farm, she gets paid. She is going to do much the same I believe, will not marry because she does not want to risk her entitlement for the next 10 years.
