Any one know how closely the judge looks at the W2 and other financials?

The worksheet for CS has on it a lower salary than my ex actually makes - about 45K less.

I want to up the amount so that it's closer to what he actually gets paid but still leave it lower than he really makes. I like to raise it so I don't get screwed in the end and I like to keep it lower than his actual salary because there are other considerations - (1) I really don't think he could pay the amount the state calculator says he should and (2) he does pay for other things like 70% of private school.

I heard in MA they go by the state calculator and consider nothing else (like private school or extras). I don't want my case thrown out because it's been 4 long years to get here.

Can we put anything we want on the CS worksheet (as long as it's uncontested) or will the court throw out our divorce because the W2 and the worksheet don't agree?

I'm not sure if the worksheet was already submitted. I know it wasn't notarized. Does that mean we can bring a different one in. We submitted the original paperwork 9 months ago.
