Well, I live in California. I know we have crazy laws over here. As for her, we talked and she agreed to leave in peace. I talked to my landlord to arrange a new lease (since she is on the lease and can technically come in and out as she feels needed). I guess the only way to get her out of the lease is to void the current rent lease, but all parties (the owner, my wife and I) have to be in agreement. My question is, how will this affect me in court? I also have 2 boys (5 years olds and 10 months old) and it is questionable whether the youngest is really mine. Please help!
