I was MARRIED one of those in Australia. Well actually he wasn't of convict stock. Still, he left and divorced me so something MUST be in the water there!

I gave up looking. I suspect looking is part of the problem. In the first year after I separated I didn't date once. Nothing, nada, nyet.

I decided after a while I had my married experience and in future it would me me and my dog and my cat and my kids.

OK somewhere along the way I lost my script because here I am 6 years later and approaching my 3rd wedding anniversary with my husband.

Where to look? Well I guess I cheated and found him on this here very site. I thought he was a wuss and he thought I was bossy. So there you go. I have no idea where to look so perhaps stop looking? Stop actively seeking someone?

A word of advice, my husband is not someone I would have considered as 'my type'. If I had followed that line of thought I would have missed out on the best thing ever.

My T/Shirt would read:
I was married to an Australian, now an American.... moving on to the letter B next. Who is from Bosnia?

Or is that too wordy?
