I, like many others, was visualizing Melanie's discription of Maine. I have never been there myself, but I do have a dear penpal friend that lives in Phillips, Me. We've been writing since 3rd grade!! She has sent many pictures, etc. over they years, and it is indeed very beautiful there! I would love to visit sometime!.....maybe one day!
Here in Ar. it is hot, hot, hot,,,oh and humid! LOL It's been in the 100's the last couple of weeks. Today it is supposed to be 105. It's almost unbearable to be outside and so humid, you could cut with a butter knife! I've lived here most all my life and it's not really something you're used to, but something you tolerate!
