There's a 50/50 chance you would have to support the youngest because you're married. Marriage nips the paternity of the 10 month old. Personally, you have to decided if it matters to you or not or if not knowing will drive you nuts. Bubba, only you in your gut can answer that. It's reasonble a new lease would be signed and she wants her name off the rental agreement. You need to GET GOING on that. Is she leaving the kids with you since she's moving? The oldest one wouldn't have to change schools. Have you thought about if or how to a be a single parent? Marriage didn't work out. Sorry, dude. The best part of it is the children, in my opinion. You need to move on the lease issue NOW before the tide changes.
