I can see that Relayer is preparing me for the worst. I've been expecting it, just in case. But the news is finally turning positive, so for once I am relaxing a bit.

The Court's warning to my wife was not connected with a parenting class, which she has already attended. It was connected to the motions we filed, and her attorney's letter that was part of that motion. I have not seen it yet, and only know what my attorney relayed to me telephonically (pun intended.) He is mailing it to me. He was able to work entirely on my case yesterday, preparing and filing the motions, meeting with my wife's attorney, and getting a court date set up.

My wife's attorney is making noises that our "agreement" is again in jeapardy, since I have not yet produced a farm sale contract.

I have nowhere else to go, and my attorney said it was time to start hitting her back, to put HER on the defense. She is still insisting that I "get a job," and my attorney is now armed with strong evidence of my disabilities.

He said that in the more populated counties, the courts work differently, but here they tend to rely upon the expert witnesses and documentation of disabilities.

It's called a TPO (Treating physician opinion). TPOs by themselves, even if stated in the proper format, as to how much wgt. you can lift/carry, how long you can sit/stand, whether you can follow one and two-step instructions, etc. do not establish disability. Not in the eyes of the government. And the circuit court is the goverment. You need to be recognized as diabled by either SSA or the VA before the court will even recognize it.
