There isn't a law that will stop you from moving out of state by yourself.

But if you want to be there for them, why on earth are you moving away from them?

Do you have any idea what a long-distance parenting plan would do to a baby? The 6 year old would probably handle it better. But a baby really shouldn't be away that long from either parent. Babies need frequent visits.

You will become a stranger to them. And by your own choice.
