well to root of the problem -

is the anguish of the child leaving the state coming from you or from your mother..??

the proposed parenting plan in this state sounds like the same plan that will be in force in the new state - the only change I see is that your mother will not have to pickups from the daycare once each week.

your opinion about which college she should attend has no bearing unless you are footing the bill.

if you want to be more involved then you should have been stepping up to the plate.

she may or may not be granted a move away.

but any plans that you have in place now has been fine so far and it sounds like it will be the same plan in place when she moves - so I question why now all of the sudden is it making a difference..??

this was not made as a bash but I do question your motives as to why you object to the move..??
