Thanks for your supportive words momx3 and again, thank you to everyone that has replied and offered their input into this matter.
The latest is .. I have called and accepted her request to return to mediation next month (which is around the time she is to be moving). In the event that I do not agree to a revised agreement at Mediation, what happens? Will it then be left to a court to decide? Will she still be able to leave with my child while we wait for a court date to be set since she did provide the notice and arrange mediation prior to leaving?
