New GF has " requirements "

First of all she said when we started dating but after our first kiss, she said we need to be exclusive from this point on...I don't have a problem with that but I said that means to me I come to you if I want sex and I expect to not be turned down much. She said fine no problem.
Now we are talking about living together. She says we absolutely MUST sleep in the same bed nude every night. No sleeping in another room, no sleeping on the couch after a fight, etc...
She also wants me available via cell phone pretty much all the time. Is this all based on her marriage / divorce ? Her ex slept with her best friend and divorced her...
P.S. He made 80k yr and she made 45k yr, 22 year marriage, 2 kids, she got CS and REFUSED ALIMONY. Unlike Susan here...
