Dating Question

STBX and I are in the process of divorce. I filed about one month ago after his affair and lack of genuine remorse. He'd say he want to stay together, but his actions didn't follow suit. I waited until I was sure, and filed.

Anyhoo, he and the OW are no longer together. But it seems he's found a new one who's out of state and he's flying there (under the guise of a work trip) later this week. Also, he's registered on [censored] personals as of last week and is actively soliciting women on there. I am quite the detective and cracked his code to see the profile for myself.

I told him that I know about the personals ad (said someone told me they saw it) but not about the out of state woman he's going to see. He doesn't think it's any big deal that he's actively pursuing women to date, since we're separated and headed for D. Do I need to be collecting proof of this for anything? My lawyer wanted some proof which I gave her (of the personals ad). But, she also says that adultery has no bearing in court when deciding on details of the divorce. So why would she want the proof then?

I can and will ask her for a detailed answer but not until I have more to ask her, in a week or so. TIA.
