I don't care actually. My question pertained to why my lawyer cares when she's telling me that adultery (we are still married) doesn't matter to the courts. I do intend to ask her when I have some other things built up to ask but was mighty curious in the meanwhile.

We are in Arkansas, a fault state. I have proof of his adultery but chose to file with "personal indignities" instead as he would prefer adultery not to be on the public record. Lawyer said that was the standard catch-all fault that most everyone uses. Without the fault, we wait out 18 months of separation.
