The Hell Continues

I'm the one the posted the bah thread. It has been hell getting anything accomplished. I was already told that annullment is out of the question since we don't meet the requirements. It doesn't matter that he married me for financial reasons apparently...the marriage was legal and consumated. So that option is out of the window. Also, I don't have money for a a divorce and I still have to file in Virginia. I've called 3 sources on this. He has still refused to send the 1172 in the meantime so that I can get and ID and medical care. He knows that when I get listed on the 1172 as his dependent and it shows that I live in fl that they are going to take money from his check and send to me here in florida. He is punishing me for not trying to work things out and move with him to VA by not getting my ID or sending me any money. Pretty soon I have to get out of my parents house (they have made this very clear) and I am running out of time. I sent a letter to the Commanding Officer of Navy Personel per Legal to get my ID card since he won't cooperate, but it's gonna take forever to go through that route. I tried to get a fax number to his Commanding Officer but not even the ombudsman had the number. Should I just contact her back and have her contact his command directly about this situation? I need your help again. Thanks.
