The problem we have politically is simply in the numbers (let round them off)

Women- 50% of the population - Few or any women are going to vote for anything not 100% in the favor.

Men- 50% married - 60% (which married male in their right mind would vote for soemthing like reform after discussing it with their wives at the dinner table..meaning refused sex until they change their vote).

(so now we are up to 80% of the voters)

Leaving 20% of the voters who might vote for something like this. Those 20% wont because it lessens their chances of getting laid in the future..LOL
