Relayer...thanks again for your right-on, practical advice. May I ask you one more question....can you tell me how to go about filing for "Dissipation of Assets?" meaning, is there a specific petition form or contempt form for that? I have searched the state in which my divorce was filed (MD) and can't find anything specific to that.
Also...sorry to sound so stupid here, but how would I go about "forcing" her to come up with a list of those recipients to whom she handed off my valuables to, when she won't even (publicly) own up to it? She will only admit it privately and the only other witness to the giveaway was my kid. I'm sure her mom has put the fear of God in her by now that she better not say anything.
Any pearls of wisdom, sir?
