The automatic orders state nothing is to be changed and everything is to remain status quo until divorce is settled. Atty says he cannot just decide he does not want to pay for something. I AM taking him to court on it. We will see what happens.
No equity in home - mortgaged to the hilt. Just wondering what happens if we reach settlement agreement but still stuck with house. Would court award house to one of us? I don't want it.
