I smoke (I'm trying to quit), but I don't smoke around DS. I don't smoke in my car with him, and I don't smoke inside.

His dad smokes, he smokes inside and in his car, and his mother always smokes in her house when the kids are there. That I don't approve of - and while I do think it's best kids aren't around the smoke, if he isn't doing it inside or in the car, I don't see the huge deal if it isn't effecting their health (yes I understand about second hand smoke - but not a lot of parents smoke and that doesn't make them bad parents).

They smell like they have been smoking. And the only to do that is if someone is smoking around them.

Not to mention, all of the clothes that would be sent home would reek as well.

Smoking around non-smokers effects their health. And doesn't belong around kids at all.
