HELP! I want to buy my home....

Separated since June 2004 in CA. My husband wants me homeless and refused my offer to buy-out jointly owned residence where I live with 2 kids. Judge ordered the home listed on the market. My father and I made an offer at the list price of $520k, using my interest as a down payment. My husband refused. Can a judge order him to sell it to me? Help!
