Okay, now I'm being serious. I'm sure they are trying to scare you into admitting it. It would cost them hundreds, if not thousands of $$ to "prove" that you wrote the letter. All that CSI stuff isn't cheap, you know.

By the way, how can your STBX just "stipulate" stuff? Didn't you have to agree to it?

I don't know that much about contempt charges but from reading on this board it sounds like nothing happens to anyone. I've read the phrase "slap on the hand" about a hundred times. Has anyone here ever actually gone to jail on contempt charges (or had their ex jailed)?? I mean other than child support stuff?
