I understand that... There is a lady who is on this site all the time, she says that Custodial Parents trumph I just wanted to know.... If he does file her will he ever get the refund for himself..and when I mentioned what he does...I am referring to me knowing him and know what advantage he would take of that profession. But that isn't really the point here...The point is will he be able to receive EIC for filing our daughter who doesn't live with him nor does he take care of if it wasn't for CS....
