Time for me to vent this is insane

I posted before and let you all knw my story ( thanks for all the advice by the way)

I have newborn twins as you know.. and the faher simply walked away... Well, one of my sons has lung issues and is having surgery this week... having a tube ( drain ) inserted... with a mixture of breathing treatments...

I have been trying to call that sob.... because #1 They wanted me to fill out a form with fathers and his fasmilies medical history..... #2 to let him know....... I have got no return phone calls..... no return emails... not a damn thing..
I am so so worried about my child... I dont even care he treats me like crap... because he is crap... But what i wonder is.. How can a person live with themselves daily?? Knowing they never seen their sons? knowing they are sick? Knowing they have given these kids nothing at all from day one....
Do you think these kinds of people go nuts inside daily? cry themselves to sleep wondering? Hang there head in shame? Especially since he has two kids from his ex wife and talks to them daily... How can he forget the other two?
I guess my head is so angry.... I'd die for my boys... and my daughter...
So aggravating.... I've been sick as well... the pregnancy sent my diabetes into overdrive... I am now going to the hospital for an appt once Trev's surgery is over... I need insulin.. so I am having a pump inserted... Thing is they wanna maintain my weight because i have been losing anywhere from 1-5 pounds a week, so they are running a bunch of tests..
I guess this all has been a bit overwhelming... Please keep Trevy in your prayers.. [color:red] [/color]
